REGISTRATION
Registration passes give admission to the entire conference. This includes the keynote and plenary sessions, program sessions, the conference dinner and dancing, and other GHC activities.
Registration passes should be given to individuals who you want to attend the conference, as well as individuals who will staff your exhibit stall. We encourage you to choose women in early career (0-7 years), individual contributors, and mid/sr. level women who manage technical teams. Staffers who manage the stalls do not have separate passes; they are considered conference attendees. Please give out your passes accordingly.
As a gold sponsor, you get 25 registration passes. An additional 10 passes can be purchased at a 20% discount. Attendees must register online using your sponsor code or discount code provided to your main contact. Attendees should register themselves online, select “General Attendee”, and enter your sponsor code or discount code when prompted. Registration closes December 10, 2011.

STALLS (Exhibit Tables)
The gold sponsors will have their own stall (9 meters by 3 meters). See the “Registration” section above for details on passes. Staffing the stalls is not required; instead you can choose to just display materials on the table.

Thursday, December 15, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday, December 16, 9:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Sponsors must bring their stall items with them for set-up. If you need to ship items in advance to your stall, please email Deanna and we will work with our event planner to accommodate you.
CONFERENCE BAG
Feel free to consider this year’s conference theme, “What Next?” as you select your items (collateral piece or gift) to be included in the conference bag. We encourage you to select something earth-friendly, but this is not required.
Gold sponsors can include up to three small items in the bag. You are welcome to give out additional items at your stall.
Please contact Deanna Kosaraju for approval of your item by October 22nd, and remember to avoid anything fragile, heavy, or large. You will need to provide 1500 items for the bag.
Items should arrive between November 1st and December 1st.

LOGO & ADVERTISEMENT
Logo:
Gold sponsor logos will be included on the printed program and on event signage. Convert all fonts to outlines. Your most recent logo must be submitted in the format of an Adobe Illustrator EPS file.
Advertisement:
Gold sponsors have space for a double page advertisement in the printed program.
Full page ad specifications (horizontal x vertical dimensions):
• Safety: 8 inches x 10.5 inches,
• Trim: 8.5 inches x 11 inches,
• Bleed: 9 inches x 11.5 inches, ¼-inch bleed all sides.
Ad must be provided as a high resolution (300 DPI or higher) Acrobat PDF file.
All fonts must be embedded in PDF and color space should be set for CMYK.
Bleeds should extend ¼-inch on all four sides.

SPONSOR APPRECIATION DINNER
A Sponsor Appreciation Dinner will take place on Wednesday, December 14th at the Vivanta by Taj in Whitefield.
This is a high-level networking event for CEO’s, CTO’s, and Anita Borg Institute Board of Trustees and sponsors and others invited to attend. It is by invitation only.

GHC INDIA WEBSITE
All sponsors logos will be listed on the GHC India sponsor page with a link to their company web site. Gold sponsor logo specifications (roughly): 180 pixels in width x 75 pixels in height.
